Respected Sir, Thank you so much for giving this opportunity to express our view for the development of our school.
In my opinion Rhizomic Curriculum is very good approach to teach students we can start this approach with other subjects as well like MDC subjects. I would like to give the suggestion regarding training session by special educator on the topic of Child Psychology. We can grow our curriculum by adding different types of Reasoning Skill with all the subject teaching to make our learning active all the time. Reasoning skills can improve their critical thinking for other subjects as well.
Curriculum Suggestion Through my experiences of teaching & leading over the last thirty years the following are my suggestions: Creating a futuristic curriculum that is in line with global trends and current pedagogical patterns with globalization. Facilitating learners to become global citizens for the future, we need to provide a sensitive curriculum that would help our students to pursue higher studies and interact meaningfully with global markets and workforce. We need to discourage teaching and focus on learning where the learner takes responsibility for his/her learning. The curriculum should be based on five areas of learning consisting of Languages, Social Studies, Sciences, Mathematics, ITC, Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Physical Education. We must move away from providing specific text material which restricts and limits horizons of information. Children need to be encouraged to research and contribute information on child appropriate specified centralized topics. We need to convert from teaching to pure learning through well designed activities that creates curiosity and conflicts strengthening the ability to wonder, investigate, explore, discover, experiment, experience and feel enriched. Explore, find out, research and question your findings with the “if” factor “What if”. This strengthens and establishes logical and constructive thinking. Methods of learning should evolve around asking questions, embrace uncertainty, share increased self-awareness, give and receive feedback, adaptable to knowledge, accept and acknowledge rational skills, enhance effective communication, strengthen listening and observation sensitivity linking positive attitudes and discovering ones leadership skills. Activities should develop opportunities for metacognition, resilience, collaboration, innovation, differentiation and creativity which should result in passion, commitment, innovation, and creativity, self-awareness, engagement and collaboration and constructive and productive. Our assessment system must be revamped and restructured into a more student friendly approach with quizzes, paper presentation, visual presentations, creating problems with solutions, debates, dialogues, discussions and creative representations in the form of drawings. This assessment should be centered around cognitive development. Even though we talk about skill development we largely test upon rote learning. Differentiation should encompass the following areas: 1. Release: We must give students ownership of their learning. We must reframe from teaching and encourage learning in the class and be part of the community of learners. We should not make all the decisions and allow choice. Encourage students to think about how they learn best. Have students decide how to demonstrate their learning. 2. Change Expectations: Every Child is not the same but every child can learn and achieve high performance. Change the traditional mold of classroom to an enjoyable fun loving atmosphere. We might need to change what we do. We must understand that we teach children, not subjects. 3. Change the Sequence: Learners don’t need total mastery of all the skills before they can apply them. We must provide meaningful, authentic learning opportunities for everyone. All students can solve real problems and write for a real audience. Follow the ATM (Active Teaching Methods). 4. Use Technology Creatively: Google Suits, Visual presentations, film making, global interactions, social media, photography, gaming (and much more!) …all provide naturally differentiated opportunities for learners with varied levels of ability, different interests and special talents. 5. Care about What Matters to Them: Encourage children to follow their interests. Know their story. Make their learning relevant. Connect with their passions… or help them to discover what they might be. 6. Assess for Learning: It’s not about testing but recording students thinking and track development over time. Create meaningful assessment tasks that allow transfer of learning to other contexts. Think of everything as an assessment. Every piece of work, every interaction, every conversation can tell us where a learner is at and where they need to go. 7. Embrace Enquiry as a Stance: Create a culture of thinking, questioning, wondering and exploring. We start our questions with ‘What do you think?’, “What if” so that all responses are acceptable. Find ways to provoke learners’ curiosity and a desire to find out for themselves. 8. Reframe from being a Traditional Teacher: Allow students to learn. They can learn from their peers, other teachers, parents, their on-line contacts, the world. We help them build their own personal learning network with and from whom they can learn. 9. Focus on Learning, not Work: Ensure that students know the reason for every learning experience. Start with “Why” (Creating Curiosity) and then develop learning experiences which will support independent learning. 10. Encourage goal setting and Reflection: Assist students to define goals for their learning. Provide opportunities for ongoing self-evaluation and reflection. Provide constructive, specific feedback. Student self-assessments, peer assessments, check lists are great tools for reflecting on learning and responding to their peers. Our Framework of Learning must consist of: Maximizing opportunities to learn, Learner and learning centric, Explorative, Experimental, Experiential and Enriching Learning, Coherent and organized, Dynamic and Flexible approach, Development of thinking skills, Holistic, Synergy of formal with informal learning, Values underlying curricular framework, Focus on discovery approach, Develop multiple intelligence and Life skills. Teaching methodology is through the latest innovative techniques such as: Active Teaching Methods, Enquiry, Explorative and Experiential based learning, Investigative and Research Oriented, Identifying learning styles, Six A’s and 3G approach to learning, Perspective and Research and Project Based Learning. Evaluation tools should give every child a chance to perform, identifying their strengths and weakness thus leading to healthy growth. Some of the recommended assessment tools: Peer Assessments, Peer Assessment for projects, Self-Assessment for projects, Rubrics –(all subjects), quizzes, paper presentation, visual presentations, creating problems with solutions, debates, dialogues, discussions and creative representations in the form of drawings. We must have inclusive practices where all students must have access to learning with equal opportunity irrespective of their class, gender, race, ability, disability, language and culture, Social or economic conditions. Encourage all learners to realize every potential that they are capable of. Strengthen teacher’s contribution through recognition of commitment and providing exchange programmes. Develop courses to refine attitude where one feels the need to contribute more. Insist on accelerated teaching practices through student centered integration.
Suggestions: The curriculum we design should be in line with the requirements of future generations. The framework we set for the curriculum should open a lot of avenues for flexibility within. This is essential for learner-centered education. The one who designs the curriculum should have a clear understanding of the ultimate aim of education which is to create an environment where one grows into a global citizen upholding values and moral principles. The focus should be not on past experiences but on future needs. Social-Emotional Learning should be given prime importance in the curriculum. The society one lives in today is much different from what the older generations went through yesteryears and the same theory reaffirms a different society for the future. This demands a carefully and meticulously designed curriculum for the future.
Appreciates the initiatives to develop a SIS Curriculum incorporating our SIS-Learn Pedagogy.

EMBEDDED TRAINING: Focus on: Professional Development, Communication, Collaboration and Decision Making • Teaching Strategies / Curriculum Transactions should be Based on key principles and guidelines of NEP 2020. • Teachers’ should demonstrate an increased level of confidence, passion, self-esteem and morale to make each child emotionally intelligent, free from anxiety nervousness and fear. • Should reflect on your potential skills gaps and consider how to acquire new skills or further develop the existing skills. • Organizing mentoring programs, supplemental courses and instructional opportunities to help children overcome learning difficulties • Learning from each other through exchanging their teaching and learning experiences, strategies and successes as well as challenges. • Opportunities to record and analyse evidence of child’s learning, leading to professional insights to enhance the achievement level. • Teachers’ Awakening Sessions Competency Based Learning to be conducted to provide a deep insight into the basic principles of CBL. • Focus should be on fostering mindfulness in students, staff and parents.
Respected sir The curriculum should be a learner centered and giving importance to the life skills like critical and creative thinking in an environment of academic freedom.
Respected sir, Curriculum is the foundation of education and the curriculum is what makes the quality of education stand out. According to me, all these 6 approaches ( Rhizomatic, adaptive ,accelerated, futuristic, integrated and enriched aspects) are very relevent and we need to create a new blended curriculum with all these essence. Every aspect of the curriculum should have a clear objective or end goal to achieve. It should provide sufficient scope for the cultivation of unique skills, interest, attitudes and appreciations.
Dear Sir It's a wonderful initiative which if applied effectively, will flourish in the field of educational innovations!
However, the teachers must be given trainings session wise and the assessment must be followed closely. Students can be introduced to the terms initially rather than giving everything to them at one go. This will allow them to be prepared with new modifications and we might also receive suggestions from them. On this light, SIS curriculum can be put to test immediately in languages, as the teachers and students can adapt and modify with much ease.
Another suggestion would be all the teachers must be given some insight to child psychology for better understanding and preparation for this huge step.
This is a sign of sis heading to a great peak with innovation in the field of edification.
Thank you very much sir for involving us in this process . In my opinion, curriculum to integrate activities and materials subject to ICT skills and students friendly approach.
The following are my suggestions. 1. The possibility of Augmented Reality can be explored in curriculum transaction . 2. A Virtual Library can be set up.
Respected sir, I believe that, the first key factor to improve the students performance and their learning experience is the personalized curriculum. It should be more of child-centered. Experiential learning (learning through experience), research-based, inquiry-based learning can enhance students learning and will also increase their responsibility and accountability towards their learning.
Dear Sir, A curriculum incorporating the 21st century skills, will definitely help our students to be global citizens. Curriculum can be prepared giving more emphasis to child-centred approach and experiential learning method which will enable the students to be independent learners. Teachers should be well equipped/ prepared to handle the classes and should develop competency in the subjects they teach.
Respected sir, Curriculum is the foundation of education. I feel curriculum should be holistic education for complete awareness. It should help to right understand one self ( self exploration, introspection). It should include value component plus skill component of education. Thank you.
Respected Sir, Thank you so much for giving this opportunity to express our view for the development of our school. According to me Rhizomic curriculum is one good approach to teach students and life skills should be added in the daily lessons also.
Respected sir, I would like to include Child Psychology as it also helps teachers to develop unique teaching techniques that apply to every child. It also gives special attention to students those who have learning deficits like ADHD, Autism, etc. A study of child psychology helps the teachers to identify the prime reason for the delay in the mental growth of children. This will be more helpful for ASP students. Thank you.
My opinion is to introduce physical education books in every class secondly need to work on moral education. After that result will come in positive way .
Curriculum is one of the most important and complete aspects of education. The goal is common but the path to it is different. It is certain that our Rhizomic curriculum, which respects the individual freedom of children, will help in all the skills and mental development of children. Children can enjoy the learning process through the child - centred curriculum approach. Special congratulations to Sir for taking the initiative in this.
I completely agree with the SIS curriculum approach ...Rhizomatic, adaptive ,accelerated, futuristic, integrated and enriched. The Rhizomatic approach is the best and can be applied to all subjects. This will encourage both teachers and students to adopt a mindset of unrestricted and creative inquiry. It will help all students develop their skills, experiences and competencies that prepare them to be leaders, designers, problem solvers and innovators in future.
Dear sir , Thank you so much for this opportunity . Suggestions :- Skill oriented activities should be included in each lessons , especially to foster STEM (Science , technology , engineering and maths) education among students. Focus on discovery method to improve science literacy with reference to NEP report . Teaching learning activities in each subject should be lead to higher level class discussion ideas and deeper understanding which leads to innovative thinking skills among next generation. Adapt advanced method of teaching instead of traditional method in each subject. Thank you .
Thanks for giving this opportunity, According to me curriculum will be children’s centric with the aid of latest teaching tools which will motivate kids to learn.
I respect and appreciate the effort taken for formulating a more systematic and convenient way of curriculum for the new age students.
I think prioritizing the Integrated method of learning will help kids to understand and follow the lessons easily and also it will be very useful if we could include the family with the learning process. Including family with integrated learning method will help us to understand the way and method of students following at home environment and so teachers can understand the learning style of students easily. Lots of complex lessons in the different subjects can easily convey through the support of Art integration or by using digital tools with help of IT.
Dear sir, Thank you for the opportunity. In my perception curriculum should help a child to develop scientific concept and understanding about physical aspects that foster innovative thinking.
In my perspective futuristic curriculum redefines the students to enable to customize their ways of studies and on top of that it is predicted to have an increase in teachers’ technological pedagogical content knowledge which absolutely bring the improvisations in learning and teaching environment.
Learning is uncertain, life is uncertain, but I feel strongly that I need to respect the imbalance of power between me and my students and ensure that they have good enough structure to be able to have at least a decent grasp on what the expectations are on which they will be evaluated. Maybe I do think I want to try to direct the rhizome with some structure. Rhizomatic learning is good for some contexts. It fits well in situation where there are no clear answers, but perhaps, is not the way to go where one needs to learn certain basic facts before moving on to more complex domains where the answers aren't clear.
Dear Sir As we design our curriculum we must find out the method as how the curriculum reflects and transmute into life of all stakeholders- teachers, students, parents and society, in order to grow and develop in spiritual, ethical, social, cognitive, mental and physical areas. Curriculum must comprise more (V.B.L.A) Value Based Learning Activities which, no doubt, play a crucial and pivotal role in transforming a bud into a flower that results in an unspoiled global 21st century citizen because today the world needs such figures, more than the one who is merely educated.
Thanks to all by giving this opportunity to express my teaching pedagogy. I always follow Bloom Taxonomy Methodology. Bloom Taxonomy is framework which is followed my many teachers around the world.
It has six stages 1. Remember 2. Understand 3. Apply 4. Analyze 5. Evaluate 6. Create 1. Remember: Teacher should recollect the topic in briefly which was covered in previous lesson, if it relevant to today’s lesson 2. Understand: Teacher should make students understand today’s topics what they are going to learn in the form of Learning Objective and Keywords 3. Apply: Then, teacher can explain and demonstrates today lesson in details 4. Analyze: After finishing today lesson, teacher and student can discuss interactively about today’s lesson. 5. Evaluate: At the end of lesson, teacher can evaluate the student’s ability of how much they understand the today’s topic with the help conducting quiz, assignment and worksheet 6. Create: Teacher can encourage the students to think out the box about today’s topics such as further developments, emerging systems, etc.
At conclusion, I feel Bloom Taxonomy is best suited to any teacher who wants to teach more interactively with students to make their goals achievable.
Curriculum should provides quality education with a measurable and structured plan. The curriculum should build the learning experience. It should provide sufficient scope for the cultivation of unique skills, interest, attitudes and appreciation.
Curriculum should ensures that important concepts are taught through daily experiences, collaborative activities or through project along with on going professional development for teachers.
In my opinion curriculum needs to accommodate students' diversity. Equitable and Inclusive practices taking into account the diversity of learners and the different learner needs. Open and flexible, so that it can address new challenges & opportunities by integrating new/emerging issues. In line with students’ current and future lives, experiences, environments and aspirations. It has to be learner-centered curriculum gradually building the learning experience allowing the continuity of experiences as the learner progresses and grows.
In my opinion the curriculum should involve more child centric activities. The curriculum should also focus on life skills, social skills and moral values. All children should get chance to participate in events and programs equally.
The curriculum should focus on life skills, social skills and moral values. All children should get chance to participate in events and programs equally.
Content based curriculum needs to be substituted with CONCEPT-BASED curriculum. Steps involves the following:
1. Concept Identification: Split the entire curriculum into concept based digestible sub sections. 2. Performance Standards: Identify the skills needed to be successful with the standard concept. 3. Benchmarks: Identify the expected understandings and skills required for concept identification based on individual student’s grade level and track as per predetermined time intervals.
For the purpose, gathering information about each student is necessary for curricular decision making. The following can be used for students benchmarking: 1. Background knowledge and experience with the students interactions. 2. Academic strengths 3. Academic improvement areas 4. Responsiveness to instruction and correction 5. Social and interpersonal behaviours 6. Interest of the students 7. Communication issues 8. Cultural, community, and religious factors
The curriculum should provide sufficient scope for the cultivation of unique skills and interests of students. it should be responsible for personality, skills and creativity development of the learners.
In curriculum, content can be provided through multiple representations with multiple strategies for acting upon it and provide efficient, effective, and customized learning paths to engage each student. The curriculum is designed to deepen and broaden student’s thinking in ways that foster creativity, critical thinking, life-long learning and happiness. Curriculum can be constructed as modules.
I hope this curriculum will be helpful for our students to meet their different needs to be qualified to pursue higher education or enter the job market in line with the world’s standards and trends without the need for additional supporting programmes. Thank you all for this great effort.
Developing a strong curriculum will emphasize on interdisciplinary connections, integration, and authenticity in the relationship between learning in and out of school which will help students connect learning in school with issues, problems and experiences that figure prominently in their lives outside of the classroom. These features not only make learning more challenging, exciting, and motivating, but also help students develop their abilities to make meaningful connections by applying and transferring knowledge from one problem to another. The curriculum should also be able to develop and shape an individual into a global citizen who will be able to manage the uncertainties of the future and help students to acquire new knowledge and skills so that they can reflect on their learning, experiences and managing their emotions.
Respected Sir, I appreciate the efforts. It has to be child centered, giving more importance for values and life skills. The current curriculum which is based on the content which we learn needs to be substituted with concept based curriculum.
A good curriculum values all children as individuals . Curriculum should be child centric It should provide sufficient scope for the cultivation of unique skills, interest , attitude and appreciation of a child .
Respected sir, I believe that the curriculum should be comprehensive and should be inclusive of values and life skills. According to me the holistic approach is ideal as it helps students understand the challenges of living as well as gives them a clear understanding of accountability much needed for their future.
Respected Sir, I hope, the curriculum should be focussed on character building and the holistic development of the child . It should enhance the child's social, moral, spiritual and emotional well being, that helps him to face any challenge in his life.
Respected Sir,

Respected sir
The curriculum should be a learner centered and giving importance to the life skills like critical and creative thinking in an environment of academic freedom.
Dear Sir
Accounting to me the curriculum should focus on developing children's linguistic skills through critical thinking and creative thinking.
Thank you
Respected sir,
Curriculum is the foundation of education and the curriculum is what makes the quality of education stand out.
Thank you
Dear Sir
It's a wonderful initiative which if applied effectively, will flourish in the field of educational innovations!
Thank you and let's do it!!!!
According to me Rhizomic curriculum is good approach to teach students .moral education should be added in the daily lessons
This is a sign of sis heading to a great peak with innovation in the field of edification.
Thank you very much sir for involving us in this process . In my opinion, curriculum to integrate activities and materials subject to ICT skills and students friendly approach.
Dear Sir,
Suggestions
1. The possibility of Augmented Reality can be explored in curriculum transaction .
2. A Virtual Library can be set up.

Respected sir,
I believe that, the first key factor to improve the students performance and their learning experience is the personalized curriculum. It should be more of child-centered.
Experiential learning (learning through experience), research-based, inquiry-based learning can enhance students learning and will also increase their responsibility and accountability towards their learning.
Thank you...!
Dear Sir,
A curriculum incorporating the 21st century skills, will definitely help our students to be global citizens. Curriculum can be prepared giving more emphasis to child-centred approach and experiential learning method which will enable the students to be independent learners. Teachers should be well equipped/ prepared to handle the classes and should develop competency in the subjects they teach.
Respected sir,
Curriculum is the foundation of education.
I feel curriculum should be holistic education for complete awareness. It should help to right understand one self ( self exploration, introspection). It should include value component plus skill component of education.
Thank you.
Respected Sir,
Thank you for this opportunity.
In my opinion ‘Health & Physical Education’ subject should get the equal importance in the curriculum.
Thank you.
Respected Sir,
Thank you so much for giving this opportunity to express our view for the development of our school. According to me Rhizomic curriculum is one good approach to teach students and life skills should be added in the daily lessons also.
Respected sir,
I would like to include Child Psychology as it also helps teachers to develop unique teaching techniques that apply to every child. It also gives special attention to students those who have learning deficits like ADHD, Autism, etc. A study of child psychology helps the teachers to identify the prime reason for the delay in the mental growth of children. This will be more helpful for ASP students.
Thank you.
Respected sir,
My opinion is to introduce physical education books in every class secondly need to work on moral education. After that result will come in positive way .
I am very much excited to be a part of SIS curriculum.According to me more life skills and moral values can be added.

Respected Sir ..
Thank You..
Rhizomic curriculum is a good approach. Life skills and moral values should be included.
Respected Sir
I completely agree with the SIS curriculum approach ...Rhizomatic, adaptive ,accelerated, futuristic, integrated and enriched. The Rhizomatic approach is the best and can be applied to all subjects. This will encourage both teachers and students to adopt a mindset of unrestricted and creative inquiry. It will help all students develop their skills, experiences and competencies that prepare them to be leaders, designers, problem solvers and innovators in future.
Dear sir ,
Thank you so much for this opportunity .
Thank you .
Respected Sir,
Thanks for giving this opportunity, According to me curriculum will be children’s centric with the aid of latest teaching tools which will motivate kids to learn.
Dear Sir,
I respect and appreciate the effort taken for formulating a more systematic and convenient way of curriculum for the new age students.
Dear sir,
Thank you for the opportunity.
In my perception curriculum should help a child to develop scientific concept and understanding about physical aspects that foster innovative thinking.
Thank you.
Dear Sir
As we design our curriculum we must find out the method as how the curriculum reflects and transmute into life of all stakeholders- teachers, students, parents and society, in order to grow and develop in spiritual, ethical, social, cognitive, mental and physical areas. Curriculum must comprise more (V.B.L.A) Value Based Learning Activities which, no doubt, play a crucial and pivotal role in transforming a bud into a flower that results in an unspoiled global 21st century citizen because today the world needs such figures, more than the one who is merely educated.
Bloom Taxonomy Methodology
Bloom Taxonomy
Respected Sir,
Thanks to all by giving this opportunity to express my teaching pedagogy. I always follow Bloom Taxonomy Methodology. Bloom Taxonomy is framework which is followed my many teachers around the world.
It has six stages
1. Remember
2. Understand
3. Apply
4. Analyze
5. Evaluate
6. Create
1. Remember:
Teacher should recollect the topic in briefly which was covered in previous lesson, if it relevant to today’s lesson
2. Understand:
Teacher should make students understand today’s topics what they are going to learn in the form of Learning Objective and Keywords
3. Apply:
Then, teacher can explain and demonstrates today lesson in details
4. Analyze:
After finishing today lesson, teacher and student can discuss interactively about today’s lesson.
5. Evaluate:
At the end of lesson, teacher can evaluate the student’s ability of how much they understand the today’s topic with the help conducting quiz, assignment and worksheet
6. Create:
Teacher can encourage the students to think out the box about today’s topics such as further developments, emerging systems, etc.
At conclusion, I feel Bloom Taxonomy is best suited to any teacher who wants to teach more interactively with students to make their goals achievable.
Children should be taught how to grow food. This can be a part of the school curriculum.
According to me curriculum will be child centric with the aid of latest teaching tools.
Dear Sir,
In my opinion curriculum needs to accommodate students' diversity.
Thank you
In my opinion the curriculum should involve more child centric activities. The curriculum should also focus on life skills, social skills and moral values. All children should get chance to participate in events and programs equally.
The curriculum should focus on life skills, social skills and moral values. All children should get chance to participate in events and programs equally.
The curriculum should focus on developing children's life skills, linguistic skills and moral values.
Dear Sir,
Content based curriculum needs to be substituted with CONCEPT-BASED curriculum.
The following can be used for students benchmarking:
1. Background knowledge and experience with the students interactions.
2. Academic strengths
3. Academic improvement areas
4. Responsiveness to instruction and correction
5. Social and interpersonal behaviours
6. Interest of the students
7. Communication issues
8. Cultural, community, and religious factors
The curriculum should provide sufficient scope for the cultivation of unique skills and interests of students. it should be responsible for personality, skills and creativity development of the learners.
Respected Sir,
In curriculum, content can be provided through multiple representations with multiple strategies for acting upon it and provide efficient, effective, and customized learning paths to engage each student.
Dear Sir,
Suggestion:
Respected Sir,
I appreciate the efforts.
Respected sir,
I believe that the curriculum should be comprehensive and should be inclusive of values and life skills. According to me the holistic approach is ideal as it helps students understand the challenges of living as well as gives them a clear understanding of accountability much needed for their future.
The subjects that will be taught, and the knowledge and skills that the school expects should be successfully acquired by the children.
Respected Sir,
I hope, the curriculum should be focussed on character building and the holistic development of the child . It should enhance the child's social, moral, spiritual and emotional well being, that helps him to face any challenge in his life.
